These terms govern your purchase and use of Roamly data eSIMs, our website and your customer account.

1. The service
Roamly resells mobile data connectivity delivered over eSIM profiles supplied by our upstream network partners. We provide data-only service: local phone numbers, SMS and voice calls are not included unless a plan explicitly says so.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. eSIM profiles are personal, single-install and non-transferable.
3. Fair use
Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use policy. Once the daily high-speed allowance shown on the plan is reached, speeds may be reduced for the rest of that day. Tethering may be limited on some networks.
4. Coverage and performance
Coverage, speed and network availability depend on the partner networks in each destination and on your device. We publish the expected networks per destination but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Orders are only fulfilled once payment is confirmed.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.
