Data we collect
Account details (name, email), order and payment metadata, eSIM identifiers such as ICCID, aggregate data-usage counters returned by our network partners, and support messages you send us.
How we use it
To provision and support your eSIM, show your usage, process orders and refunds, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with our connectivity provider to issue and manage your eSIM, and with our payment processor to take payment. Both act under contract.
Retention
Order and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support conversations are kept for 24 months. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us through the help centre to exercise these rights.
