Everything you need to install, activate and troubleshoot your Roamly eSIM — plus a direct line to our team.

Install on iPhone

1. Connect to Wi-Fi and open Settings → Mobile Service.
2. Tap Add eSIM → Use QR Code and scan the code from your dashboard.
3. Label the plan "Roamly" and choose your usual SIM for calls and messages.
4. Turn the Roamly line off until you land, then enable Data Roaming for it only.

Install on Android

1. On Wi-Fi, open Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM.
2. Scan the QR code from your Roamly dashboard.
3. Once downloaded, set Roamly as the mobile data SIM when you arrive.
4. Enable roaming on the Roamly line; leave your home SIM's roaming off.

No signal after landing?

1. Toggle flight mode on and off, then wait 60 seconds.
2. Check the Roamly line is set as mobile data and roaming is enabled for it.
3. Select the recommended network manually in network settings.
4. Restart the phone — this resolves most remaining cases.
